Emergency Relief Program

Emergency Relief provides limited financial assistance and food items to families and individuals who are experiencing financial difficulties.
The support provided may be food vouchers, food, assistance with Centapay paperwork, assistance to negotiate payment of bills etc.  The service provides immediate response to a crisis situation for people in a way that maintains the dignity of the individual and encourages self-reliance.

Low Income Support Program

Low Income Support facilitates community education projects aimed at raising community awareness of the issues related to poverty and its causes. Successful topics covered by the program have included low cost and fun ways of interacting with children, and highlighting ways to reduce costs of celebrations such as Christmas. The program hopes to build upon the capacity of communities to take responsibility for addressing poverty.
